Instant, Secure Search for Complex Technical Libraries
The Problem
Maintenance teams spend valuable time searching through large technical manual libraries.
Important procedures are buried in PDFs, task cards, engineering notes, and reference documents.
When troubleshooting aircraft or equipment, delays finding the correct procedure can slow maintenance and increase operational downtime.
The Solution
FleetDoc Sentinel indexes local technical documentation libraries and returns fast, page level search results with context.
The system operates fully offline and provides maintainers, inspectors, and engineering teams with direct access to authoritative source material.
No cloud dependency. No generated answers. Only verified documentation.
Runs locally with no cloud dependency or external connectivity.
Returns the exact page and section instead of entire documents.
Understands technical terminology and returns relevant sections based on operational context.
Operates entirely offline with no reliance on cloud connectivity. Functions reliably in secure and disconnected environments.
No Generated Answers. No Interpretation Risk.
Results are pulled directly from authoritative documentation. No AI-generated content. No hallucinations. Full traceability to source material.
Built from operational experience. Reflects how maintainers actually troubleshoot, search, and quickly execute tasks.
Immediate Value Without Rebuilding Systems
Deploys into existing documentation libraries without restructuring, formatting changes, or data migration.
I developed FleetDoc Sentinel because the challenge of fragmented documentation affected me directly throughout my career - long before I moved into leadership roles. Starting as a maintainer on the flight line and advancing to a U.S. Coast Guard Aviation Maintenance Technician Chief, I spent years supporting HC-144 and C-130 platforms. In every role, from quality assurance inspector to flight crew member, I recognized that we were spending wasted hours simply trying to locate the required manuals to do the work. I created this tool to eliminate that bottleneck and provide maintainers with the fast, reliable access to authoritative data I wish I’d had. By combining my "boots-on-the-ground" experience and FAA A&P certification with modern cybersecurity credentials (CompTIA A+ and Security+), I’ve built a solution that reflects the high-pressure reality of maintenance while meeting the rigorous security standards required for modern operational environments.
